Life is fucking hard. But you can get through it. Here’s how I can help.
I can’t offer to make all of the pain in your life go away.
What I can offer you is a support system to help you stay alive in a painful world.
It starts with teaching you how to feel less overwhelmed and out of control in this moment, so you can regain your footing and decide what to do next. Then it teaches you real tools and skills—things you should’ve been taught a long time ago—to help you get through today, tomorrow, and a million more tomorrows, without adding more suffering on top of what already hurts.
Even with the right tools, though, survival still takes energy—and when you’re already running on empty, that effort can start to wear you down. Over time, the constant work of staying alive can drain you completely.
That’s why I also help you cultivate and connect with what your spirit needs to survive: beauty, magic, joy, connection, and more. These things aren’t nice-to-haves. They’re the required counterbalance to the effort of surviving. When all your energy is going to pain management, something has to replenish you or you’ll burn out on survival itself.
This whole system is not about healing or fixing yourself. It’s about learning how to survive, and keep surviving—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually—when you’re not sure you want to keep going at all.
